All items are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure they are complete and in good working condition. In the event that something is wrong with your order, the terms below apply.
Reporting an Issue
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us on 08033801324 or send a direct message to @gorettistores, including clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Eligibility for Return
An item is eligible for return where:
- It arrived damaged or faulty
- The wrong item was delivered
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- It is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and parts included
An item is not eligible for return where:
- The issue is reported more than 48 hours after delivery
- The item has been used, installed, or altered
- Damage resulted from misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation
- The item was correctly supplied as ordered and the reason for return is a change of mind
- Original packaging, accessories or parts are missing
How a Return Is Handled
- Report the issue within 48 hours with photos or video.
- We review the report and may request additional information.
- Where the claim is verified, we arrange collection or return of the item.
- Once the item is received and confirmed, we resolve it by replacement or refund.
Replacements and Refunds
Verified claims are resolved by replacement where stock is available. Where a replacement is not available, a refund is issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned item being received and confirmed.
Return delivery costs are covered by Goretti Stores where the fault is ours. Where an item is returned for reasons outside this policy, return delivery costs are borne by the customer.
Items Inspected on Delivery
For orders paid on delivery within Lagos, we encourage you to inspect your item in the presence of the delivery agent before completing payment. This is the fastest way to resolve any issue.
